After five years of the Association's existence, the place of venue of the meeting returned to the Czech Republic, Prague, where the Association was established in 2013. In the period from 26 to 27 June 2018 in Prague (Czech Republic) held an event in the framework of the ninth meeting of the Governing Board of the International Association of Oil Transporters (IAOT). All representatives of 8 member organizations and 1 observer of the Association took part in the meeting and in the technical visit: JSC "MERO CR", PJSC "Transneft", JSC “Transpetrol”, JSC "MOL", JSC "Gomeltransneft Druzhba", JSC “KazTransOil”, China National Petroleum Corporation, JSC "Ukrtransnafta" as members of the Association and the Caspian Pipeline Consortium as 1 observer. The meeting participants during the technical visit had the opportunity to get acquainted with the work of the refinery of the company "Unipetrol" and the control center and tank farms of JSC "MERO CR" in Kralupy nad Vltavou.

In the period from 6 to 7 September 2017 in Astana (Kazakhstan) held an event in the framework of the eighth meeting of the Governing Board of the International Association of oil transporters (IAOT). The meeting and exhibition EXPO 2017 was attended by all representatives of the Association: JSC "MERO CR", PJSC "Transneft", JSC “Transpetrol”, JSC "MOL", JSC "Gomeltransneft Druzhba", JSC “KazTransOil”, China national petroleum Corporation, JSC "Ukrtransnafta" as 8 members of the Association and the Caspian pipeline consortium as 1 observer.
The seventh session of the Board of the International Association of oil transporters took place in Minsk
The seventh session of the Board of Directors of the International Association of Oil Transporters took place in Minsk (Republic of Belarus) on May 22-23, 2017. Apart the members of the IAOT: „MERO CR“, Inc. (Incorporated Company), „AK „Transneft“, Inc., „Transpetrol“,Inc., „MOL“, Inc., JSC „Gomeltransneft Druzhba“, „KazTransOil“ JSC, Chinese National Corporation of Oil and Gas (CNPC Pipeline Company), Caspian pipeline consortium have also participated the CEOs of JSC “Ukrtransnafta“ and „PERN A.S.“ from Poland. The Board of Directors on the seventh session approved the admission to the IAOT JSC “Ukrtransnafta“.
IAOT develops at tree Permanent Expert Groups
The sixth session of the Board of Directors of the International Association of Oil Transporters took place in Budapest (Hungary) on November 15 -16, 2016. Apart the members of the IAOT: „MERO CR“, Inc. (Incorporated Company), „AK „Transneft“, Inc., „Transpetrol“,Inc., „MOL“, Inc., JSC “Gomeltransneft Druzhba“, „KazTransOil“,Inc., Chinese National Corporation of Oil and Gas (CNPC Pipeline Company), Caspian pipeline consortium have also participated the CEOs of “Ukrtransnafta“, P.Inc. and „JANAF“, Inc. from Croatia.
IAOT was expanded about new member China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC)
The fifth session of the Board of Directors of the International Association of Oil Transporters took place in Bratislava (the Slovak republic) on May 26, 2016. Apart the members of the IAOT: „MERO ČR“, Inc. (Incorporated Company), „AK „Transneft“, Inc., „Transpetrol“,Inc., „MOL“, Inc., JSC „Gomeltransneft Druzhba“ have also participated the representants of „Ukrtransnafta“, p.Inc. and International Investment Bank.
IAOT to invite oil companies of China, Brazil and Mexico to join
The fourth meeting of the Management Board of International Association of Oil Transporters took place in Moscow in the period from September 03 to September 05, 2015. The program included visiting production facilities of Transneft, PJSC.
