The sixth session of the Board of Directors of the International Association of Oil Transporters took place in Budapest (Hungary) on November 15 -16, 2016. Apart the members of the IAOT: „MERO CR“, Inc. (Incorporated Company), „AK „Transneft“, Inc., „Transpetrol“,Inc., „MOL“, Inc., JSC “Gomeltransneft Druzhba“, „KazTransOil“,Inc., Chinese National Corporation of Oil and Gas (CNPC Pipeline Company), Caspian pipeline consortium have also participated the CEOs of “Ukrtransnafta“, P.Inc. and „JANAF“, Inc. from Croatia.
The participants of the session under the chairmanship of the Director of “MOL“, Inc. Mr. Shandor Fashimon discussed the results of activities of the three Permanent Working Expert Groups in the frame of the IAOT (on Energy Efficiency, on Legal Issues and on Supplies) as well as the Schedule of the IAOT for the next two years.
In the course of the session the President of “Transneft“.P.Inc. Mr. N.P. Tokarev and the Director of “MOL“, Inc. Mr. Shandor Fashimon have signed up the new Agreement on Cooperation that covers the different aspects of mutual cooperation in the course of operating supplies of crude oil from the Russian Federation towards Hungary.
In the frame of experience exchange the members of IAOT visited the refinery „Sazchalombatta“ and congratulated to “MOL“, Inc. on the 25th anniversary of its foundation.
