The results of the professional skills competition of the International Association of Oil Transporters for the title of "Best in Profession" among representatives of the working professions of oil pipeline companies in Russia, Belarus, Hungary, Kazakhstan, and China have been summed up. Labor competitions were held at the production sites of JSC Transneft Siberia in Tyumen, Russia.
During the competition, more than 30 representatives of eight professions demonstrated their skills: operators, chemical analysis laboratory technicians, locksmiths for instrumentation and automation, linear pipeliners, operators of an oil product pumping station, electric and gas welders, electricians for the repair and maintenance of electrical equipment, locksmiths for the repair of technological installations.
The names of the winners and prize-winners were announced at the award ceremony, which took place on August 21, 2025 at the Tyumen Philharmonic.
"All three days of the competition were imbued with the spirit of friendship, mutual assistance and mutual support. I am sure that next time we will meet in a more expanded format to show that we are working in the same direction, that we are professionals, and that the tasks that each company faces will continue to be performed at the highest professional level," Boris Korol, the Vice President of Transneft, assessed the results of the competition.

The next "Best in Profession" competition is scheduled for 2027 in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
