The IAOT was established in 2013 in Czech Republic at the initiative of MERO ČR, a Czech oil transport and storage company. The IAOT headquarters are located in Prague.
The IAOT is open to any publicly registered legal entity that develops regular business activity in the area of storage and transportation of oil and oil products, as well as in extraction, refining and sale.
